False or misleading submissions may result in account removal.

Borrowers agree to provide accurate property information, update investors upon request, conduct due diligence on investor terms, and follow all applicable laws. PrivateInvestor.com does not verify borrower-submitted data.

5. Private Investor Responsibilities

Private investors must maintain confidentiality, follow lending regulations, communicate clearly with borrowers, and provide their own required disclosures. PrivateInvestor.com does not supervise investor conduct.

6. No Broker or Agency Relationship

PrivateInvestor.com does not act as a lender, broker, intermediary, or advisor. Borrowers and investors negotiate all terms independently.
